Le Saint Michel **
Overlooking the west coast lagoon Le Saint Michel is a charming small property set in a very calm environnent only 5 minutes drive from the beautiful beach of Boucan Canot.
ACCOMMODATION
The hotel is intimate : it offers 15 rooms spread over two buildings in Creole architecture.10 rooms are oriented swimming pool and sea side, 3 facing the savannah, and the 2 others have direct access to the garden. Among these, is a family room for two adults and two children, and a room equipped for the disabled.
CATERING
The restaurant is open 7 days a week. Breakfast is served between 6:00 am and 9:30 am during weekdays and from 8:00 am to 10:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. It comes as a buffet where you will find something to fill up with energy for the day: bread, pastries, jams, butters, spreads, or pound cakes, cereals, boiled eggs, fresh season fruit, juices and hot drinks (coffee / tea / chocolate).
Trays of breakfasts can be served on request, in case of early departure (before the opening of the buffet).
For the lunch break (12:00 pm to 2:00 pm), the restaurant is decorated in purple and anise and offers its suggestion of the day: a market menu inspired by seasonal produce to enjoy at the swimming pool.
For dinner, a different atmosphere is created. The veranda, the deck and the swimming pool wear their clothes lights for an intimate moment for two, with family or friends. The chef's menu designed in line with world cuisines. On your plates, dishes both noble and inventive. It welcomes you from 7:30 p.m. and orders are taken until 9:30 p.m.
