Only 4 minutes walk from the world famous Beau Vallon Bay beach, we offer you the perfect location to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday. You can enjoy the white sands of two miles of beautiful beach, sunbath, swim in the turquoise waters and play in the waves all year round. The south and north of Beau Vallon beach connects to two pristine coral reefs teaming with exotic fish and underwater creatures, which invite you to snorkel for nine months of the year. We have in our Holiday Residence several types of accommodation on a self-catering basis. Unfortunately we don't offer meals or restaurant services. - 4 Maisonettes with two bedrooms each 135 sqm (caters for up to 4 persons) - 1 Studio-Apartment with two bedrooms 145 sqm (caters for up to 4 persons) - 2 Studio-Apartments with one Bedroom 90 sqm (caters for up to 2 persons) The Maisonettes,consist of a large open-plan kitchen with a generous living / dining room, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, guest toilette, a furnished balcony of 20 sqm. Both fully air-conditioned bedrooms and bathrooms are situated in the first floor. The Studio-Apartment with two bedrooms, have a large open-plan kitchen with a living / dining room, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, guest toilette, a furnished balcony of 18 sqm, a large bedroom with storage room and a slightly smaller bedroom. All bedrooms of the Maisonettes and the 2-bedrooms Studio-Apartments have en-suite bathrooms, 22 Volts razor plugs, Air-Condition, ceiling fans and furnished balconies. All kitchens are fully equipped, including a dishwasher and large-size fridge / freezer combination. The washing machine has an integrated tumble dryer and a collapsible drying rack in a separate room next to the kitchen. The Studio-Apartments with one bedroom have a dining nook, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and large-size fridge / freezer combination, ceiling-fan. The separate bedroom has a integrated bathroom with shower and washing machine has an integrated tumble dryer and a collapsible drying rack, 220 Volts razor plug, air condition, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, storage room and a small balcony. All apartments have a designated parking bay. Our pricing is available upon your request. Please email us. - Children under the age of 6 are the guests of the Holiday Residence - Children from the age of 6 to 12 will receive a significant discount of the adult rate - Children above the age of 12 stay at our adult rate Following our confirmation of your reservation you should deposit 50% of the invoice total in our bank account. Two weeks prior to your arrival the remaining 50% should have been received by us. You are always welcome to pay the total invoice amount upon receipt of our reservation confirmation. The following services are included in our prices: - Your apartment will be cleaned daily - The towels will be changed daily - All bed linen will be changed in a 3-days cycle - In-television (Cable-TV with several channels) - Swimming pool (10 x 5 meters), sun beds, Parasols - Pool and Beach towels are available at the reception.. The deposit for one towel is Euro 20 or SR 500. - The pool area has a communal BBQ facility - Under cover large patio at the pool - For the benefit of our angling enthusiasts we installed a special facility to clean their catch. - For the divers and snorklers, located next to the reception, is an outside shower, to clean and dry their diving equipment. - Non-motorised water sports are available at the "Aquatic Water-Sport Centre" on Beau Vallon Beach - Guests staying longer than 3 nights will have the benefit of a free starter hamper containing: Coffee, Tea, Milk, Sugar, Bread, Butter, Jam, Eggs, Cooking oil, Salt and Pepper, one bottle of mineral water and a complimentary 50 SR Telephone Card The contents of the starter hamper may vary according to availability - Personal save lockers are installed in all apartments. Please collect the key at the reception - Hair dryers are kept at the reception and can be collected for your use - A good selection of DVDs are available for your entertainment at the reception - We change your foreign exchange for local currency at the reception - Every apartment has its own parking bay - The premises are protected by a night-watch-service - Special arrangements will be made for guests arriving / departing early or late At the reception the following services at provided at a nominal charge: - Transfer to and from the airport - Excursions: Mountain hiking, Deep sea fishing, Glass Bottom Boat Trips, Taxis, Island excursions on Mahe, Plaslin and La Digue - We arrange dive courses and dives with the diving operators nearby - We organise motorised water sports - Car hire for a car or minibus can be requested at the reception - A DVD-player can be hired at a daily rental of Euro 10 - Prepaid Telephone cards for the Telephone system - Internet connection and access is also available on a prepaid basis - The above mentioned services are subject to a 5% surcharge You find a selection of good restaurants in walking distance. Two of the island's top restaurants are close by. Only five walking minutes away are shops and take-aways. There you can make all your shopping for your daily food requirements. A stone throw away located is a bus stop of the National Transport Services (SPTC) (a one-way ticket to Victoria costs Euro 0,40 per Person). One attraction for our nature enthusiasts will be a hike through the tropical forest along the steep coast of the beautiful National Park on Mahe's west coast, which ends at the white sands of Anse Major. This beach can only be reached on foot or by boat. In the close vicinity you will find a variety of evening entertainment, such as discotheques , Folklore Sega- and music shows.
